Data Sharing

With other players

Your name, avatar, and competitive data (rank, W/L/T, LP) appear on leaderboards and match pages.

With clubs

When you book or have memberships/trainings assigned, we share necessary details with the relevant club.

Legal requirements

If required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Service providers (processors)

Hosting, email delivery, and push infrastructure, bound by data-processing agreements.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Cookies, Push & PWA

We use essential cookies and storage only for:

  • User authentication and session management
  • Remembering login preferences
  • Basic functionality, PWA caching, and web-push tokens (if you consent)

No tracking cookies: We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. You can control cookies via your browser settings. Web-push notifications are opt-in and use your browser’s permission.

Data Retention

We retain personal data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data and may retain anonymized competitive statistics for platform integrity and historical records.

System logs may be retained for up to 12 months for security and fraud prevention. Backups may persist for up to 30 days.

Account Deletion

Match history and rankings may be anonymized for integrity

Our service can be used by younger players. Where consent is the legal basis (e.g., profile photo, push notifications), users under 16 must have consent provided or authorized by a holder of parental responsibility.

Your data is processed and stored within Romania / the EU. We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Union.
